Refund & Cancellation Policy

At YCBL Foundation, we value every contribution. Since donations are voluntary gifts, we generally do not offer refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical error leading to duplicate transactions.
• Unauthorized use of credit/debit card (requires proof from the bank).
• Accidental entry of an incorrect donation amount.

2. Refund Timeline

Any request for a refund must be made within 5 working days from the date of the transaction. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email your request to info@ycbl.in with the transaction ID, date, and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

4. Cancellation

Donations once processed cannot be cancelled. In case of recurring donations (if applicable), you can stop future payments by contacting us 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Tax Receipts

If an 80G tax certificate has already been issued, a refund cannot be processed.
